Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?
Sasha first came out to be transgender at the age of high school. Sasha was able to get through the difficult times with his music and family's support. Jim and Sasha both are songwriters. They have performed at venues in the area as well as open mics elsewhere. The Voice coaches didn't discuss the past of Sasha, but Jim and he talked about their story before they performed. Sasha and Jim spoke about the music they love as well as how he began playing guitar when he was six. It was the fact that his father was a music instructor made it easier for him to master the art. Sasha had issues with identity in his youth, being a woman. In a post on Instagram, he revealed his problems. Jim fell to his knees in tears as he shared the reasons of his reasons for not being able to take part. Sasha Allen is a contestant on The Voice. She was born as girl. Sasha Allen turns 19 in 2021. Sasha Allen began his transition to masculinity when he was just entering his first year of high school. Sasha wrote to Instagram: "I'm proud to be the third person of trans gender to have appeared in the program. I'm so grateful to represent the trans community."
