Kellie Martin is she is an American actor and director of films, is most well-known for her role as Christy Huddleston in the period drama "Christy", Rebecca Thatcher on the show about family Life Goes On> and Lucy Knight for the medical drama ER. Also, she is known for playing the title role in the "Hailey Dean Mystery" series. Martin began her acting career when she was seven. Her aunt, who served as the nanny for Michael Landon's children assisted her in landing a small role on the 1982 TV series Father Murphy. When she completed her studies at Yale University in 1982, Martin took her acting career more seriously. She was able to land important roles on television as well as big screens. Besides being an actress, Martin is an accomplished photographer and dancer. The mother of two daughters and a son, she is also the Lupus representative and promotes awareness of the disease daily since the loss of her sister when she was the age of 19.
